This is me as female Dr. Horrible[ette] at New York Comic Con 2010. Horrible-ness etc.

Last night I had a super awesome photoshoot with my talented friend Al (his website here), who is (believe it or not) a brand spanking new photographer. I let him use my Canon 5D Mark II, and I spent fourty minutes in the shower progressively looking more like a prune. It’s the first time I’ve legit “modeled” for years, so it was a little nerve wracking at first. But after about twenty minutes I remembered how comfortable I felt in front of the camera. Considering I’m thirty pounds heavier and with much more “body issue” baggage then I used to have, I’m a little proud of myself.

He gave me the .RAW files and I post processed most of them, but I’m excited to see his take on them. You can see the rest on my flickr here.

If any Seattle area photographers would like to shoot me, I’m bursting with ideas and very willing in front of the camera!

I want my main diet to be Bubble Tea, seriously.
